After only a week, or more accurately 3, 20 minute sessions of yoga I can’t report a lot of obvious progress towards Haidong Gumdo. I can say that I’ve kept my muscles loose over the week, I’ve gotten back the ability to touch my toes without bending my knees (much), I can also do a pose that I was not strong enough to do so before. Strength is a little step towards the right direction and I will try to keep posting once a week even if I haven’t made any progress in training.

I’m enjoying this, we should get Sword God in on the posting thing.
