New year, new me! That’s what a lot of people say, I’m doing the same thing, but I know myself. After about two weeks or so I go back to old habits. The challenge I have given myself is simply keep my new year’s resolution.  Hardly simple though. Will power alone is not enough, so I’m trying out a few programs on my phone to help keep me on track. Starting with drinking more water, then adding more healthy goals, like eating breakfast, and cutting back on soda. I will also be using the blog to help keep myself accountable and maybe see my progress.
