This week I’ve gotten better at getting myself out of bed to train. I’ve also found that I feel much more confident in myself knowing that I’ve made the effort. A proper breakfast and caffeine helps too. Three days following this routine, I’ve had tons of energy and just generally feel awesome. Monday, and Wednesday morning: woke up and did yoga while watching the sunrise out my upstairs window, and this morning I braved the cold for half an hour to get a brief cardio workout. Three days is not enough to say that it’s become a permanent habit, but it’s a step in the right direction. So my friends, wake up and be awesome.
