Mohammed Ali TrainingI”m no where near the writer that Master Burns is, but I will follow up on his most recent blog post (Thank you sir, as always!). I don’t have a whole lot of time before work, so this will just be  brief post. I started seriously dieting back in January to aid with my training, have more energy and in general trying to be a little more healthy.  I’ve since lost 8 pounds. While that doesn’t seem like much now, it’s more weight that I’ve lost in years. When I’ve been having a rough day and really want a burger for lunch instead of fruit and a salad, I think of you guys of my school. You guys have helped keep me going in more ways than you realize.  For now, I need to rush to change and get ready for work. More will come later.
